According to a SITE statement release with the video, "the al-Yarmouk Martyrs Battalion released a short clip showing a militant commander posing with three Filipino members of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) unit that was captured near al-Jamla village in the Golan Heights. The 12-second clip was posted on YouTube on March 8, 2013, and shows a commander in the Free Syrian Army's Battalion of the Martyr Ra'id al-Masri sitting between the captives. In addition, the al-Yarmouk Martyrs Battalion posted an update on its Facebook page about the UNDOF members, informing that it told al-Jazeera it will hand the men over to the Red Cross after Syrian regime forces stop bombing the area of Wadi al-Yarmouk."
