Osprey, the large fish-eating bird, can be seen at the Rockport State Park. These birds create large nests and have a five-foot wing span. Rockport Reservoir is located within the Rockport State Park and is located about 10 miles from Oakley, UT. The reservoir is created by the Wanship Dam. The park is used for fishing, waterskiing, swimming, and boating. Anglers fish for bass, perch, and rainbow trout.
