JAN 14 1978 - Broncos fans at airport waiting for flight to new Orleans. Happy Denver Bronco fans don't appear to mind the wait for their Braniff charter flight to New Orleans and Sunday's Super Bowl. Joyful Coloradans were among about 800 who took direct flight Friday while another 300 rode indirect flights via Dallas. By noon Sunday, more than 10,000 Bronco fans will have taken commercial airlines to New Orleans for the Broncos' game against Dallas. Braniff said it will move another 330 fans Saturday and 950 on seven direct flight between 2 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. Sunday. Continental Airlines said it will have flown 3,000 fans to New Orleans by noon Sunday directly and via Chicago, St. Louis, Houston and Dallas.
