Corinne Coniglio, of Belgium, has been Deer Valley Artisan Cheesemaker since 2013. Coniglio and her assistant, Diana Brier, make six cheeses for Deer Valley, including Blue Belle, Moon Shadow, Meadowlark, The Provence Kid, Triple Truffle and Capra Bella. The milk used in the artisanal cheese is from cows and goats in the Heber and Ogden Valleys.
