Locals and visitors gathered at Main Street and City Park for the annual Miners Day celebration Monday, Sept. 5, 2016. The day featured a 5k run, the world famous running of the balls, the Miners Day parade, a mucking and drilling competition, a skate competition as well as carnival fun for kids and live music.
